Core3 is an AI performance coach that brings your training, nutrition, and recovery into one place. It learns from your workouts, meals, sleep, and readiness, then adjusts your plan so you're always training at the right intensity.

Core3 works with Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, and Oura out of the box, and we're adding more based on what people ask for. If your device syncs with any of these, your data comes in automatically.

It reads your fitness numbers (CTL, ATL, TSB) alongside what you eat and how you recover. From there it works out what you can handle right now and adjusts your upcoming sessions, macro targets, and rest days to match.

We're starting with cycling because the data is richest there: power meters, structured workouts, the lot. The engine itself isn't tied to one sport, and running and triathlon support are next on the roadmap.

Join from the early waitlist and you keep a discounted rate for good, even as we add features and the standard price goes up.

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we only use it to coach you. We never sell it, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
