Core3 is an adaptive AI performance coach that unifies your training, nutrition, and recovery into one intelligent system. It learns from your data — workouts, meals, sleep, readiness — and adjusts your plan in real time so you're always training at the right intensity.

Core3 integrates with Garmin, Strava, Wahoo, Zwift, and Oura out of the box. We're actively adding more integrations based on community feedback. If your device syncs with any of these, your data flows in automatically.

The AI analyzes your fitness signature — CTL, ATL, TSB — alongside nutrition intake and recovery metrics. It builds a dynamic model of your current capacity and adjusts upcoming sessions, macro targets, and rest days accordingly. Think of it as a coach that never sleeps and always has your latest data.

We're launching with a cycling-first experience because the data ecosystem is richest there (power meters, structured workouts, etc.). However, the underlying engine is sport-agnostic. Running and triathlon support are on the near-term roadmap.
